I completed my MSCS at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I will be able to devote more time to Rustcycle and Edifice now, and apply the software I wrote for my thesis - "Aesthetic Emergence in Synesthetic Sculptures."

09.24.2006: Rustcycle at Vegas Music Conference
At Empire Ballroom, Las Vegas NV - 10 PM. Rustcycle was one of about 50 emerging artists chosen to play. 400 electronica / DJ acts (coming from eight countries) applied to perform at the event.

Biologically-inspired music generation work accepted at GECCO (Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference). The conference takes place in July.

07.2005 : Collaboration
Alex Caetano dropped by and loaned some of his guitar talent...it was a great experience to finally meet my Portugese friend and ally. Several other musicians have also been sighted at the studio recently.

05.2005 : Live improv software reaches milestone
The video based interaction and harmonization logic are beginning to take shape. Details under 'experimentation'. The software will be ready for prime time when I complete my MS in CS, 12.2006.

"The Waves of Life - Rustcycle Remix" will be featured on the upcoming release from this Portugese guitar virtuoso.

03.2004 : XM Satellite Radio - Channel 52
Several tracks from the upcoming Daisho disc can now be heard on XM's channel for unsigned bands. The track Anti-Gravity can be heard in heavy rotation lately.

01.2004 : Rustcycle is a 2003 Independent Music Awards finalist

The track Anti-Gravity was in the top 5 songs in the contest's electronica category. The judges for the 2003 IMAs were DJ Spooky, Joan Baez, Ray Davies, Mickey Hart, Amy Ray, Lou Reed, Hank Shocklee, Mavis Staples, Steve Vai, and Wendy Waldman.
